Late-diagnosis in relation to neurodivergent identities, refers to someone who has not had their neurodivergence identified (including self-diagnosed) at an early age. We tend to think of late-diagnosis as being someone in adulthood, and many of those in our Facebook communities are in their 30s upwards.

Actually, there is no set age that is defined as being late-diagnosis, so it can apply as much to a child of 12, who has struggled their whole life without anyone identifying their autism or ADHD (or any other neurodivergence) without them therefore getting the support they need and deserve.
