Dyspraxia, otherwise known as Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (DCD), relates to difficulty with movement and co-ordination. Dyspraxia of speech, or verbal dyspraxia, can cause word confusion and speech delays.

Dyspraxia is a commonly co-occurring condition for autistic people, though the presence of dyspraxia doesn’t necessarily mean you are autistic too.
