D.O.S.E. is the acronym for four vitally important chemicals:

  • D is for dopamine
  • O is for oxytocin
  • S is for serotonin
  • E is for endorphins

Between these, they improve our health, happiness, confidence, focus, motivation and productivity, even offering temporary pain relief. Too good to be true? Nope!
